Warranty and assistance modalities

Our products are covered by the conventional warranty of the productor, and only for the end consumers, by the 24 months long legal warranty for defects, according to art. 128 ss. d.lgs. n. 206/2005.

Conventional warranty of tha manufacturer is procured according to the duration and the modalities of the manufacturer.

The intervention during the warranty can be asked in these modalities:

  1. Calling the manufacturer, according to documents in the confection of the purchased product. In this case, the times of repairing or possible substitution of the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer.

The 24 months warranty can be applied to the product which has lack of conformity, only if the same product has been used correctly and in respect of his function and as expected in the tecnical documents enclosed.

This warranty is reserved to the private consumer. In case of lack of conformity, the seller will provide for the reinstatement of the conformity through restoration/replacement or price reduction, till the contract dissolution.

If after an intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity, the customer will be charged for any verification and restoration costs required by the authorized assistance, and the shipping costs if supported by the "seller ". The times of replacement or repair of any product depend exclusively on the manufacturer.

In case, for whatever reason,he were not able to give the customers a product in warranty (repaired or replaced) the "seller" will proceed at his own discretion to refund the amount paid or to replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics.

In cases where the application of warranty provides for the return of the product, the product must be returned by the Customer in its original package, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc. ... ).
For this aim, the customer must request the "seller" the authorization number of the product at the time of return.
In case that the goods returned under warranty are fully functional, the "seller" will return the same to the customer by charging the expenses incurred.
If the repair is not covered by the product warranty, the "seller" will communicate to the customer the amount of the estimate.
The warranty covers only the repair or replacement of the items unusable or inefficient due to defects in manufacture or production found in the service center authorized by the manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover glass parts, lamps, body; consumables such as needle plates, crochet, etc.. ; maintenance and calibration mentioned in the user manual supplied with the equipment.
The warranty is invalid if the
device has been tampered with by unauthorized personnel, or if the damages were caused by neglect or misuse by the buyer, deceit, transportation,strike,fall, moisture, dampness, use of supplies that are not in conformity with the specifications of the manufacturer of the device or other causes not related to defects in manufacture or production.
The "seller" will never, under any circumstances, be burdened with costs or damages resulting from any interruption in the operation of the equipment subject to warranty repair or delays due to third parties.
