Have you ever thought of adding colorful elastic ties to your bikini? With this trick you will combine comfort and style, getting an original bikini perfect for your size. Let's get started!

Customize the brief by replacing the fabric with elastic ties at the hip seam. Take the measurement of 12 cm distributed equally on both sides of the hip seam. Put pins as a reference and cut one cm apart on the fabric. Do the same thing on the other side as well.
Cut two 2.5 cm strips of fabric and wrap the elastic twice in the fabric strip and sew everything together with your sewing machine selecting zigzag seams. Fasten the drawstrings right sides together on the costume and select straight stitch to secure both drawstrings one cm from the edge. Turn the edge of the costume over and secure everything.
For the bandeau top piece, create another elastic drawstring and start pinning the elastic from the inside, at the point where you want to start the drawstring that will go behind the neck.
Get the measurement right so that the elastic does not tighten too much behind the neck and to prevent the costume from riding up as soon as it is put on. Take the highest point of the bra cup and, once the correct size is taken, pin the elastic on that point.
Take the sewing machine, remove the pin and start giving zigzag stitches. Do the same thing on the other end of the costume.
