Europe shipping
Same day shipping for order before 12 p.m, 1 day later for countries out of UE to prepare customs documents, estimated delivery between 3 and 5 working days via courier but can be subject to further delays beyond our control.
Some countries in Europe do not have to pay our IT 22% VAT. This tax will be deducted if applicable in the shopping cart after selecting a destination country. 
For shipments outside the EU (ex. Uk or Switzerland) we use the DAP (delivery at place) service.

Because we ship many products every day we have negotiated some low European shipping prices. Once the products have been added to the cart and the delivery address entered, the system will display the exact shipping costs.

Depending on your country, you may owe duties + taxes or import fees in addition to our shipping rates, which only cover the transit cost of the products. Sorry, we can’t change your government‘s laws.

There is no obligation to purchase at this point. We cannot be held responsible for delays and any duty relating to your country.

Packages are generally dispatched same day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Express Courier with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Delivery times, specified at time of order, are purely indicative and non-binding and therefore the Customer acknowledges and agrees that delivery can take place even over these times.

Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

Although SewShop indicates on the packing slip to Customer requests for delivery (preferred time and telephone number), the courier does not handle deliveries by appointment and will not ensure the call notice.

Given the indicative nature of the terms of the Order evasion, no responsibility can be attributed to the "seller" in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order .

The delivery of the ordered means at street level.

At delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
a) if the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document sent from the Seller by e -mail ;
b ) that the packaging is not damaged , or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials ( adhesive tape or metal ) .

Any damage in the packaging and/or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately notified, by writing SUBJECT TO INSPECTION WRITTEN (specifying the RESERVE reason, eg . " Packaging broken ", " package crushed " , etc. ) on the courier proof of delivery.

Once you have signed the courier document, the Customer can't oppose objection on the external characteristic of the delivered goods. Any problems concerning the physical, correspondence or completeness of the received products must be reported within 7 days after delivery, as provided in this document.

In the case of non-collection within 5 working days of material in storage at the warehouses of the courier, because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer at the time of the order, the order will be sent back at the warehouses of the "seller".
